This program is intentionally paced in a Simple, Easy and structured format to bring you Maximum Results in spite of any chaos in your life.
One short daily somatic practice (5 per week with 2 rest days) that help you release stored energy in your body so that you aren't always feeling on edge.
Vagus nerve activation during each practice to strengthen the vagus nerve, which controls your bodies ability to activate a calm and connected state.
Nervous System Education taught quickly and clearly so that you understand how to work WITH your body to achieve your desired results.
Goal: being what I call consistent-"ISH" (Doing what you can when you can. You won't have to be perfect, or exactly on schedule for this program to work for you).

I read all the parenting books, took classes... some things helped a little bit, but nothing really stuck and in the end it all made me feel worse because I was left wondering if I was broken.

I learned a few simple somatic exercises and started to do them each day. At first I could only manage 3 minutes (I was so exhausted). But even just those 3 minutes started to make a difference. Within a week I had my first win where I was able to remain in control when triggered by my kids.
